For the communities he represents, John provides the full range of general counsel services: attending council and board meetings, drafting and revising ordinances, advising officials and staff on compliance with the Open Meetings Act, FOIA, and other state-law requirements, reviewing contracts, and prosecuting ordinance violations and misdemeanor offenses in district court.
